Responsibilities
- Client Experience & Front Desk Operations
- Warmly greet every client entering and exiting the clinic
- Manage check-in, check-out, and payment processes
- Provide accurate information about treatments, packages, retail, and promotions
- Address client questions professionally and courteously
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold SEV service standards
- Sales & Service Promotion
- Actively promote services, memberships, and retail products
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments or upgrades
- Support clinic sales goals through product knowledge and engagement
- Maintain up-to-date familiarity with pricing and promotions
- Scheduling & Administrative Support
- Accurately book, modify, and cancel appointments
- Answer phone calls with elevated phone etiquette
- Respond to emails and voicemails promptly
- Utilize booking and client-management systems efficiently
- Support scheduling flow and operational updates
- Office & Treatment Room Support
- Open and close clinic per Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain a clean, stocked, organized front desk and lobby
- Assist with transitional cleaning of treatment rooms as needed
- Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies run low
- Training & Team Support
- Participate in required service and sales training
- Model SEV service standards and professionalism
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Contribute positively to team culture
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Zenoti scheduling software is preferred.
- A positive attitude and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
- Comfortable using computer systems and booking platforms
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
- Ability to work independently
- Weekend availability required
