Lane Attendant

About the role

Lexus of Naperville is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Service Team as a Lane Attendant/Greeter. You will be an integral part of our process, helping guests as they come in to have their vehicle serviced. You’ll get to work in a state-of-the-art facility focused on comfort and convenience, with a great crew of motivated and supportive team members. No experience is necessary—we will teach you all you need to know about the vehicles and our business. This is an entry-level position, and we love to promote from within, making it a great way to get into the automotive business.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with the following shift:

• Four weekdays: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Winter: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (availability required)
• Dealership is closed every Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly with enthusiasm.
• Perform and document visual inspection of vehicles.
• Assist the service department in day-to-day tasks.
• Provide shuttle runs for customers to and from the dealership.
• Communicate with customers regarding their reason for visit.
• Work closely with the service advisor to learn the role and gain industry expertise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• 18+ years old.

Pay

$17.00 per hour with opportunities for overtime.
