Landscape Associate Branch Manager

Duties/Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Oversee daily operations and workflow of the book of business
• Support and manage all customer accounts
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Manage key relationships with vendors, clients, and coworkers
• Achieve sales, renewal, and retention goals
• Ensure jobs are completed according to contract and within budget
• Mentor and lead branch team to balance company goals with employee satisfaction
• Provide support for irrigation system management
• Work with Fleet Team to ensure proper asset management
• Foster a collaborative environment to enhance teamwork and problem-solving
• Interview, hire, support recruiting, train, and develop staff
• Support employee recognition at all levels
• Ensure branch staffing meets business needs
• Own P&L for the book of business
• Collaborate with Human Resources for promotions, demotions, corrective actions, terminations, and staffing needs
• Manage Aspire and other integrated software systems for operational performance
• Conduct performance and compensation reviews in coordination with Human Resources and Branch Manager
• Develop and establish branch’s annual budget with Branch Manager

• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum of three years of management experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Frequent driving for short to long distances
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, stretching, bending, climbing ladders, kneeling, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Must be physically capable of operating power equipment
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions
