Job Summary

The Associate Branch Manager assists with the overall success and day-to-day operations of the branch business unit. They lead and empower their team to operate at their highest level to achieve all Branch success metrics including:

Duties/Responsibilities

The Associate Branch Manager monitors safety, quality, and productivity on an ongoing basis. They oversee the daily workflow and operations of the book of business, support and manage all customer accounts, model and enforce company policies and procedures, manage key relationships, ensure jobs are completed according to contract and within budget, monitor, mentor, and lead the branch team, provide support for irrigation system management, work with the Fleet Team to ensure proper assets are acquired, utilized and maintained, foster a collaborative environment to enhance teamwork and problem-solving, interview, hire, support recruiting, training and development of staff, provide support for employee recognition at all levels within the book of business, ensure branch staffing levels meet the needs of the business, manage P&L ownership for the book of business, work with the Branch Manager to develop and establish the branch’s annual budget.

Education and Experience

A bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience preferred, a minimum of three years of management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently required to drive for short to long distances
  • Prolonged periods standing, walking, stretching, bending, climbing ladders, kneeling, and pulling
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
  • Must be physically able to operate power equipment
  • Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions

Bonus

New hires must meet employment eligibility requirements: E-Verify background check, drug test. The $2000.00 sign-on bonus will be paid out upon completion of 90 days of employment with total net amount paid after taxes.
