Responsibilities
- Serve in a firm-wide leadership capacity pursuing and implementing legacy work through exceptional design, project documentation, planning, business development, and/or project management.
- Provide landscape architecture, planning and project management services to a wide variety of private and public clients.
- Perform project manager or lead designer/planner role on projects of various scales.
- Support other project managers or designer/planners on large, complex projects.
Qualifications
- Four years (ideally 5-7 years) of demonstrated skill in site design, technical design documentation and construction observation experience; project management and business development.
- Successful management of projects from conceptual design through completion of construction documents.
- Proven experience producing drawings and specifications from the schematic stage through construction observation.
- Self-motivated with the desire and ability to lead others in the design and construction documentation/construction observation process; passionate about engaging and retaining clients.
- Ready to mentor less-experienced staff and build a strong studio-based culture.
Requirements
- An undergraduate and/or graduate degree from an accredited landscape architecture program is required.
- Landscape Architecture Licensure is required.
- Candidates with a master’s degree or dual degrees in both landscape architecture and urban design, architecture or planning are strongly encouraged to apply.

Pay
The Salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 and a final offer to join the firm is based on our review and understanding of your demonstrated professional skills and experience.
