Landscape Architect/Project Manager
About the role
Civil & Environmental Consultants (CEC) is seeking a licensed Landscape Architect to join our Nashville, TN operation. This individual will be responsible for collaboration of project design on a wide range of projects. We are looking for a self-starter who is motivated to join our team and collaborate in-house with other landscape architects, ecologists, civil engineers, and land surveyors to assist our clients, both local and nationwide, in the development of private and public sector projects.
Responsibilities
- Project Management
- CAD design, LandFX
- Landscape and land planning design
- Public presentations
- Site layout and grading
- Detail designing
- Site plan renderings, 3D Modeling
- Quality control review of proposed plans
- Preparation of submittal package for agency review
- Preparation and review of technical specifications
- Construction Administration
- Networking and Client Development
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Landscape Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience
- TN licensure or ability to obtain
- AutoCAD (Civil 3D and LandFX preferred)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- InDesign
- Blue Beam
- Photoshop (Adobe Suite)
- Lumion
- GIS (ArcView) - not required but beneficial
- Portfolio and references required
- CLARB registration is preferred but not required
