Landscape Architect/Project Manager

About the role

Civil & Environmental Consultants (CEC) is seeking a licensed Landscape Architect with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program with 5-10 or more years of experience. This individual will be responsible for collaboration of project design on a wide range of large and small projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration of project design on a wide range of large and small projects
• Motivated to join our team and collaborate in-house with other landscape architects, ecologists, civil engineers and land surveyors to assist our clients in the development of private and public sector projects
• Experience in the following areas: Project Management; CAD design; Landscape and land planning design; Public presentations; Site layout and grading; Site plan renderings; Quality control review of proposed plans; Preparation of bid packages and submittals; Preparation and review of specifications;

Requirements

• A B.S. in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture or related degree required
• AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred)
• InDesign
• PhotoShop (Adobe Suite)
• Lumion
• GIS (ArcView) - not required but beneficial
