The Landscape and Aquatics Team Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of professionals in maintaining and enhancing the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces. This includes managing projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and providing leadership and support to the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the landscape and aquatics team
• Plan and execute landscaping and aquatic maintenance projects
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards
• Manage budgets and resources effectively
• Train and mentor team members
• Communicate project progress and issues to clients and superiors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape management or related field
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of horticultural practices and plant care
• Experience with irrigation systems and landscape design
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
