About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our Land Use team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in land use, zoning, real estate development, or related regulatory matters. Experience with entitlement and permitting processes, including interaction with municipal and governmental authorities, is preferred. Familiarity with Colorado land use laws and local regulatory frameworks is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drafting land use applications, development agreements, zoning analyses, and related materials
- Working with clients from various industries including energy, aerospace, mining, hospitality, and outdoor recreation
- Managing a diverse workload with strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills
- Providing legal advice and support in land development processes, from due diligence to securing necessary permits and approvals
- Assisting clients in meeting federal, state, and local environmental mandates and obtaining necessary permits
Requirements
- Admission to the Colorado Bar or eligibility for prompt admission
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Passionate about land use and real estate development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay & Schedule
The expected pay range for this position is $210,000 to $250,000 per year, with actual pay adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Schedule
