About the role
Responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant data. Must possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Conducts surveys to establish property boundaries and topographical features.
- Collects and analyzes data using advanced surveying equipment and software.
- Prepares detailed reports and maps based on survey results.
- Collaborates with clients and team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in land surveying.
- Knowledge of state and federal surveying standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in surveying instruments and software.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Proficient in GIS software.
- Experience with GPS and total station equipment.
- Good physical stamina for fieldwork.
