Responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant data. Must possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conducts surveys to establish property boundaries and topographical features.
• Collects and analyzes data using advanced surveying equipment and software.
• Prepares detailed reports and maps based on survey results.
• Collaborates with clients and team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in land surveying.
• Knowledge of state and federal surveying standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in surveying instruments and software.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficient in GIS software.
• Experience with GPS and total station equipment.
• Good physical stamina for fieldwork.

Pay

Schedule
