About the role
Responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant data.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys using GPS and traditional surveying techniques.
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey data.
- Collaborate with clients and other professionals to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure all survey work adheres to industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional surveying experience.
- Knowledge of surveying software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Skills
- Proficiency in GIS software.
- Experience with aerial photography and photogrammetry.
- Knowledge of construction surveying techniques.
- Understanding of land development regulations.

Pay
