Responsibilities
- Spend time outdoors in the weather and elements.
- Spend time indoors in air-conditioned areas.
- Sit on a regular basis.
- Stand on a regular basis.
- Walk on a regular basis.
- Bend, twist and/or stoop infrequently.
- Kneel and/or squat infrequently.
- Lift 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. infrequently.
- Reach and/or lift overhead infrequently.
- Climb stairs occasionally.
- Perform repetitive hand/finger movements on a regular basis.
- Grasp/grab with hands infrequently.
- Push and pull as needed.
- Devote himself/herself to insuring satisfaction to customers.
- Determine management, production and quality requirements by asking questions and listening.
- Attend company meetings as required.
- Maintain a follow-up system that encourages follow through with assigned projects.
- Establish personal performance goals that are consistent with company standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
- Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
- Understand the terminology of the business and keep abreast of technology changes in products and services.
- Understand and follow work rules and procedures.
- Participate in performance management.
- Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale.
- Uphold the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
- Work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required.
- Pull parts.
- Pull cars in/out.
- Clean up spills.
- Locate special tools when needed.
- Manage special tools / tool room.
- Absorb and assist techs when needed.
- Perform extended test drives.
- Quality check repairs.
- Maintain equipment.
- Empty waste oil, ATF, & coolant drums.
- Clean shop.
- Empty trash.
- Remove tires from shop and place in scrap tire area.
- Separate recyclable metals & take to metal recycling area.
- Shuttle customer when necessary.
- Absorb and assist porters when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Driver’s License
- Clean DMV
- High School Diploma (Preferred)
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to meet company’s production and quality standards.
- Basic Technology Skills (Email, Microsoft Office, Mobile Device etc.).

Pay
The expected pay for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience.
Schedule
Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonuses or commissions. Some positions may include evening, weekend, and holiday work hours as required.
