About the role
We are seeking a Civil Engineering Team Leader to guide a land development team, mentor engineers, and partner with clients on site design projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple civil projects
- Mentor and support Project Managers
- Coordinate with contractors and agencies
- Solve real-world field challenges
- Review scopes, contracts, risks, and fees
- Monitor team workloads and profitability
- Ensure projects move smoothly from due diligence to closeout
- Play a key role in strengthening client relationships
- Maintain consistent project quality across the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 8–15 years in civil design, land development, or related construction environments
- Strong leadership, client communication, and project management skills
- Ability to guide teams, manage risk, and keep projects on track
Qualifications
- Experience in civil design, land development, or related fields
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams
