- Location: Full-time, on-site at the Fort Lauderdale/Dania Beach office location.
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required (less than 10%).

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensure: An active and current Professional Engineering (P.E.) license in the State of Florida.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in most aspects of land development and site design.
- Technical Skills: A working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D, as well as hydrologic and hydraulic software.
- Permitting Expertise: Familiarity with the land development and construction permit process across all sectors in Florida.
- Communication: Good written and oral communication skills.
