Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Obtain contractor’s monthly schedules to maintain accuracy of multiple spreadsheets for different departments.
- Work with purchasing department to set up new vendors and verify all paperwork needed has been received for contractor to work on job site.
- Maintain Subdivision files with documents for each project.
- Perform a monthly cleanup of documents to make sure all are filed in the correct folder on the server.
- Research, compile and provide internally approved community and street names to project engineers.
- Work with counties to assign addresses for various locations.
- Affiliate with setting up new accounts for water and power.
- Affiliate with processing invoices as needed.
- Cook with counties and engineers to make sure address and GPS coordinates are received and sent out to the appropriate departments.
- Affiliate with tracking and maintaining spreadsheets of all Stormwater documents including land disturbance permits.
- Affiliate with filing DHEC paperwork for projects not developed internally.
- Print weekly Storm Water inspection reports and transmit them to the inspector.
- Upload files to KOVA (Database) for homebuilding access.
- Maintain spreadsheet to track DHEC land disturbance permits.
- Cook with project close outs with Field Manager and direct engineer when to submit requests to terminate permits.
- Once familiar with projects, run Zoom & Teams meetings.
- Some travel required for recording documents, pick-up, drop-off etc.
- General office work, filing, copying, scanning of documents as needed.
- HOA Coordination
Qualifications
- Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years related administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
