The partnership targets opportunities where value can be enhanced through planning gain, subdivision, renovation, or ground-up development, acquiring and holding commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Joint Venture Partnerships team. This role will focus on identifying, structuring, and executing joint venture opportunities that align with our strategic objectives in land and property development.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate potential joint venture opportunities in the UK and international markets.
• Lead financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessment for proposed projects.
• Negotiate and structure joint venture agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, development) to drive projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor and report on the performance of joint venture projects, identifying value-creation opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with global partners, investors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in joint ventures, real estate development, or investment structuring.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in modeling, valuation, and risk analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on long-term value creation.
• Knowledge of UK and international property markets is highly desirable.
