Lanai Bowl Team Member (Casual)

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes guests, providing a fun and seamless experience at the venue.
• Responsible for food and beverage service, including setting up stations, serving meals, and managing POS.
• Handles check processing, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Welcomes guests, collects fees for bowling lanes, shoe rentals, and arcade purchases.
• Monitors lane sessions, assists with shoe fittings, and resets equipment.
• Maintains a clean and organized bowling lounge and arcade environment.
• Assists with organizing and hosting special events and parties.
• Delivers attentive, enthusiastic service that reflects Lāna‘i Bowl's hospitality standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service and/or dining room operations is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to relate to people in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong understanding of and adherence to established procedures.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to think and make effective decisions quickly.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Current TB clearance.
