LAN Support Specialist

The Job

This role supports 9 sites across Kentucky and Indiana, including approximately 349 PCs and 916 total devices. Reports to and works with a manager to provide technical support for client infrastructure and software at assigned sites, while partnering with facility managers or site contacts to set priorities. Manage day-to-day break/fix support for workstations, servers, RF devices, printers, and other network-connected devices. Requires up to 50% travel to support 9 sites, including St. Anthony, IN, Henderson, KY, Lexington, KY, Louisville, KY, and Bowling Green, KY. Perform assigned project tasks and action items within established timelines. This includes installation, configuration, and moves of standard supported devices, as well as implementation of approved processes.

Skills

• Associate degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of related Information Systems experience
• Demonstrated strengths in the following competencies: Action Oriented Planning, Time Management, Oral and written communication, Customer Focus, Integrity & Trust, Functional and technical skills with a willingness to learn
• Demonstrated Ability To Work: With minimum supervision, Effectively with all levels in the organization
