About the Opportunity

What You'll Do
As the face of IT support, you'll play a critical role in ensuring employees stay productive, connected, and equipped with the technology they need to succeed.
- Deliver end-to-end support for desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and related technology
- Provide prompt, hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Work directly with end users, offering exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions
- Maintain and support enterprise software applications using available knowledge base resources
- Administer and support Active Directory environments
- Ensure all technology assets remain operational with minimal disruption to business operations
- Exercise sound judgment, ownership, and independent decision-making in resolving technical challenges
Core Technical Expertise
- Proven experience supporting enterprise network environments, including Cisco-based LAN switching and routing
- Structured cabling systems with a strong focus on fiber-optic networking technologies
- Fiber installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience operating OTDR and other network-testing equipment
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- Solid understanding of Wireless LAN (WLAN) fundamentals
- Experience supporting Cisco wireless solutions
- Cisco CCNA certification (or higher) preferred
- Familiarity with wireless survey and optimization tools such as Ekahau
- Project management exposure and/or certification is a plus
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree, vocational certification, or equivalent practical experience in Information Systems or Technology
- 2–3 years of desktop/desk-side support experience in a professional environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, enterprise software applications, and Active Directory administration
- Extensive software troubleshooting expertise
- Outstanding communication and customer-service skills
- Self-driven, adaptable, and committed to delivering a seamless technology experience
Pay & Benefits
Pay Range: $40.00 – $42.30 per hour
