About the role

Deceuninck North America is a fully integrated design, compounding, tooling, and PVC extrusion company that produces energy-efficient vinyl window and door systems for the building, remodeling and construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute projects from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and production to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new product ideas and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, engineering, or construction industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of PVC materials and processes.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Understanding of building codes and regulations.

Pay
