Laborer / Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Laborer / Operator to join our team in Phoenixville, PA.

• Operate heavy equipment
• Perform manual labor tasks, such as digging, shoveling, and lifting heavy objects
• Assist with paving projects, including laying asphalt and operating paving equipment
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a laborer and operator, preferred
• Experience with paving equipment and techniques, preferred
• Able to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
• Able to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
