LABORER

Responsibilities

• Attends job site and office meetings related to assigned tasks.
• Is well prepared to handle issues that may arise.
• Fills out forms, revisions, and requests for tools/equipment/materials as required.
• Performs labor work at the specific job site in a positive, efficient, and timely manner.
• Focuses on safety and safety practices during all task assignments.
• Ensures the quality and profitability of each project by minimizing waste in materials and labor.
• Willingness to learn the trade and assist when needed.

Qualifications And Experience

• Any construction or plumbing experience is helpful.
• General Carpentry experience is preferred.
• Stable work history is required.
• Able to use basic tools such as a hammer, tape measure, etc.
• Honest, reliable, dependable, and display good character.
• A High School or GED Equivalent education is required.

Physical Requirements

• Eyesight correctable to 20/50.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Able to lift and climb ladders and scaffolds.
• Lift items weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
