About The Role

The Labor Technician position is critical to the effective and efficient operation of the Plant. The Labor Technician associate's main responsibility is to streamline the receipt and distribution of waste materials and other received products. The Warehouse Labor Technician will also assist other plant personnel in performing their job duties.

Responsibilities

• Processes inbound material for treatment facility
• Pumps and consolidates drums
• Pumps or loads tankers
• Scans material and utilizes Enviroware
• Operates processing equipment such as tow motor
• Receives shipments and unloads trucks
• Housekeeping: Maintain a neat and clean working environment
• Enters confined spaces as required and in accordance with safety policies and procedures
• Complies with OSHA Health and Safety Rules
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Abide by Respirator Fit policy
• Be able to pass a HAZWOPER training class

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• One plus years tow motor experience (preferred)

Physical Demands

• Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs
• Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces
• Qualify to wear a full-face respirator
• Consistently work in various weather conditions
• Be able to pass a Respirator Fit Test (RFT)/Pulmonary Function Test (PFT)

Pay

The pay range for the primary location of this position is $18.85 - $25.05 USD per hour. The final salary offered will be determined based on factors including experience, education, geographic location, skills, competencies, travel requirements, and/or union contracts (if applicable).
