About the role

Precision Castparts Corp. is the market leader in manufacturing large, complex structural investment castings, airfoil castings, forged components, aerostructures and critical fasteners for aerospace applications. In addition, we are the leading producer of airfoil castings for the industrial gas turbine market. We also manufacture extruded seamless pipe, fittings, and forgings for power generation and oil & gas applications; commercial and military airframe aerostructures; and metal alloys and other materials for the casting and forging industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans to meet customer requirements and company goals.
• Manage team to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive innovation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and ISO standards.
• Experience with Six Sigma or similar methodologies preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
