Laborer

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Follow all OSHA, company, and jobsite safety policies and procedures
• Wear required PPE at all times and maintain issued safety equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
• Report safety concerns, incidents, and near misses immediately
• Perform physical labor tasks related to assigned projects
• Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing materials
• Load and unload materials and trucks safely and efficiently
• Follow directions and quality standards set by project leads
• Ensure proper labeling and handling of materials and parts
• Packaging and transporting materials to prevent damage
• Complete daily and weekly housekeeping tasks
• Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ask for help when needed
