Laborer

The Role

The Laborer position at Everstory Partners is dedicated to performing all landscape maintenance duties, operating machinery safely, handling general maintenance tasks, and maintaining equipment. This role also involves performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Performing all landscape maintenance duties such as lawn mowing, weed-whacking, snow removal, etc.
• Operating machinery appropriately in a safe manner.
• Maintaining equipment.
• Handling the day-to-day general maintenance duties.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A high school equivalency.
• Two or more years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read and execute memos and directives from supervisor and/or management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions regardless of race, gender, age, religion, or any other protected characteristic.
