About the role
Location: Fairbanks, AK
The essential duties and responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsibilities
- Expediting building materials
- Daily and task-based jobsite cleanup
- Assistance with wall framing and wall systems construction
- Ability to work safely on Federal construction projects
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience in commercial or government construction sites
- First Aid/CPR (or ability to complete the course within 14 days of hire)
- OSHA 30 Certification (can be obtained after employment)
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving history
Skills
- Operation of forklift and manlifts
- Light demolition
Preferred Qualifications
- HAZWOPER Experience
- Experience with Infection Control measure installation
- Drywall patching and painting experience

- Maintain physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time

- Physically capable of operating light construction equipment
- Exposure to elements of temperature extremes

- Duties are performed in both office and field (construction site) settings
