Laborer

Job Summary

Laborers are responsible for performing various construction tasks under the supervision of supervisors. Duties may include but are not limited to: operating heavy equipment, laying materials, and assisting in the construction of buildings and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy construction equipment
• Lay materials such as concrete, asphalt, and gravel
• Assist in the construction of buildings and infrastructure
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks
• Knowledge of basic construction techniques and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or related field preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
