About the role

This position involves managing daily laboratory operations, supporting sample analysis, and maintaining laboratory organization and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily laboratory samples and document retention systems.
• Support sample preparation and forage sample analysis.
• Perform sample grinding, NIR scanning, labeling, and weighing.
• Maintain laboratory housekeeping and organization standards.
• Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Work effectively with the processing team while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant laboratory, processing, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and related tools.
• Comfortable working onsite in a laboratory environment.
