Key Responsibilities

• Formulate custom oligonucleotides according to customer specifications.
• Perform quantification, final packaging, and QC sampling.
• Operate and troubleshoot automated and manual laboratory equipment.
• Use custom software to complete formulation tasks and generate final products.
• Apply stoichiometry to prepare custom solutions.
• Translate customer orders into formulation processes.
• Quantify and sample oligos for quality control testing.
• Review QC data and make pass/fail decisions.
• Meet daily shipping deadlines.
• Maximize the use of automation in laboratory processes.
• Support implementation of new products and processes.
• Follow safety regulations, SOPs, and contamination control procedures.
• Replicate plate and tube orders.
• Use the ERP system to order lab supplies and fulfill work orders.
• Affix to writing and validating liquid handler scripts and mapping.
• Support custom workflows for special processing orders.
• Perform backend checks on final products.
• Complete other assigned duties.
