About the role

We are a technology group focused on advanced additive and hybrid manufacturing and product development. ONE3D Lab connects precision measurement with innovations in additive technologies. Every sample, measurement, and test is a crucial part of ensuring the reliability and quality of final products. We perform mechanical testing, 3D digitalization, and analyses using XRF spectrometry while overseeing the proper functioning of the ONE3D quality system. Our task is not only to control the results of laboratory measurements and testing but also to support production with accurate data and measurements that continuously advance quality and technology.

Responsibilities

• Work in the laboratory – mechanical testing, 3D digitalization
• Close cooperation with production, R&D, CNC, and production preparation
• Measurement in production using analog and digital measuring instruments
• Participation in development projects
• Recording non-conformities and contributing to corrective actions
• In-process quality control

Requirements

• Thoroughness and responsibility
• Team spirit and independence
• Experience working in a laboratory
• Ability to draw conclusions from findings and propose solutions
• Reading production and technical drawings
• Basic knowledge of the AS/EN9100 (ISO 9001) standard
• Knowledge of measuring instruments commonly used in conventional manufacturing
• Flexibility
• English language skills (minimum B1 level)
