About the role
Windom Area Health is seeking a passionate Lab Manager to lead our lab team in providing exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff in all aspects of technical performance, laboratory operations, and customer service
- Maintain ongoing compliance with CLIA regulations to maintain CMS accreditation
Requirements
- Graduate of an NAACLS accredited School of Laboratory Science
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Certification as a Medical Technologist or Clinical Laboratory Scientist
- 3-5+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications

Pay
$79,006 - $118,510/yr *Rate offered will reflect applicable experience.
