Oversee daily hospital laboratory operations, ensuring accurate and timely diagnostic testing to support whole-person care in a faith-based, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely diagnostic testing to support patient care.
• Manage staff scheduling, workflow, and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and ancillary teams to optimize lab services.
• Mentor and develop laboratory staff professionals.
• Manage budgets, equipment, and support process improvement and safety initiatives.
• Model a compassionate, patient-centered approach aligned with the organization’s faith-based mission.
