This is an onsite position in Crane, IN.
Responsibilities
- Perform program management and/or technical business case analyses.
- Participate as a member of and/or support the assessment team during test events.
- Track program/project status and schedules related to test events.
- Develop project-level laboratory processes, standards, and procedures.
- Perform upkeep and maintenance of RF laboratory equipment to support scheduled/unscheduled system test requirements and verification/validation.
- Develop, maintain, and report detailed project-level laboratory technical requirements and performance.
- Travel up to 25% for testing events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or a High School Diploma and 6+ additional years of work experience, or an Associate’s degree (with the same or similar curriculum focus) and 4+ additional years of work experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience related to Laboratory Technical Management.
- U.S. Citizenship required and an active or current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).
- Navy – Cryptologic Technician (CT), Army – 35P, Air Force – 1N2X1, Marine Corps SOCS-F.
- Experience supporting Department of War programs or related organizations.
Physical Requirements
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, and/or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
