Laboratory Manager
Job Duties
- Manages the USP Lab
- Affords new and existing procedures that affect product and material quality
- Oversees MOC, OOS, Deviation, and CAPA programs
- Maintains efficiency and safety in the lab
- Maintains SOP and other documentation on internal document management system
- In charge of running customer audits as requested in a timely manner
- Develops new programs to improve efficiency and work flow
Requirements
- BS in Chemistry or a related field preferred
- Experience with ISO 9001 and CGMP
- 3+ years of experience in a Pharmaceutical Lab
- 3+ years of that experience in management/supervisor/lead role in the Lab
- Analytical chemistry lab experience
