Laboratory Assistant / Pathology Technician
About the role
Join the clinic lab team in providing exceptional patient care and gain valuable medical skills, while playing a critical part in our patients' diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- Performing phlebotomy and blood collection services to patients of all ages
- Preparing samples for pickup
- Maintain appropriate supplies inventory
- Charting blood draws
- Aids in performing laboratory activities and other assigned tasks
- Aids in preparing laboratory specimens and supplies
- May be responsible for entering laboratory orders and results
- Ensures the accuracy and quality of laboratory data in a safe and professional work environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED) preferred
- Completion of a formal phlebotomy program, phlebotomy experience, and experience in a laboratory-related field preferred
- May be required to have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Pay
Salary Range: $16.00 - $36.00 Pay Info: Eligible for new hire sign-on bonus!

Shift: 10 Hours - Day Shifts
Job Schedule: Full time
Weekly Hours: 40.00
Schedule: Four 10-hour day shift Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:30pm1 rotating day off Monday-FridayNo evenings, weekends, on-call, or holidays
