About the role

This position supports the media department with preparation, quality control, instrumentation, sanitation, and inventory management. You will ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, AOAC ALACC, and relevant government regulations while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and promote the company vision through regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to management system requirements.
• Maintain full knowledge of media department operations, including media preparation, quality controls, instrumentation (e.g., Autoclave, Masterclave), sanitation, and inventory management.
• Identify process difficulties and propose solutions to supervisors.
• Maintain readiness to respond to client, staff, and co-worker needs.
• Foster cooperative working relationships and communicate effectively both orally and in writing across departments.
• Promote the company’s image through ethical business practices.
• Strive to improve work quality through existing and new technologies.
• Identify non-conformances and out-of-specifications.
• Perform all duties safely and efficiently; additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of ISO 17025 guidelines.
• High School diploma with 0-3 years of relevant experience.
