What You Need To Succeed
- Excellent skillset working with computers and data entry skills utilizing the most up-to-date programs
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleanup, basic analysis), and strong use of Outlook, Word, Teams, and SharePoint for workflow coordination
- Collaborate with other labs in a professional manner as well as utilizing email and Microsoft Teams on a daily basis
- Scientific or laboratory background
- Understand laboratory sample data terminology and processes
- High organizational discipline, manage calendars, documents, priorities, and competing deadlines with structure and consistency
- Proactive ownership, take charge of situations, follow through without reminders, and keep others informed
- Process-minded thinking by creating checklists, improving workflows, and building repeatable systems rather than reinventing tasks each time
- Adequate attention to detail and strong multitasking ability with the ability to shift priorities
- Manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment and the ability to self-manage
- Excellent presentation skills and know how to prepare material for meeting agendas

- Schedule: Full-time position with benefits. Hours for this position are: 8 AM - 4:30 PM (there is some flexibility with these hours). The schedule for this position is: Tuesday – Saturday. During training, your schedule will be Monday - Friday until you have completed all training necessary. Hours may vary based on needs of the lab. Reliable attendance is essential to this position.
