About the role
The Labor Representative is responsible for all matters related to collective bargaining, compiling, analyzing, interpreting and presenting pertinent data, assisting in contract negotiations, processing grievances and conducting arbitrations, representing nurses in employment-related problems, and extensive travel to cover hospital facilities.

Requirements/Qualifications

- Demonstrated success at contract enforcement
- Prior experience as a full-time Labor Representative a plus
- Effectiveness in organizing membership participation
- Developing rank and file leadership
