Labor Law Partner or Senior Counsel
About the role
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive advice and counsel to employers, navigate proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, and defend litigation in federal and state courts relating primarily to traditional labor law. The candidate must have a background in traditional labor law and be able to cover client needs in the Greater Chicagoland area.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive advice and counsel to employers on labor and employment issues
- Navigate proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board
- Defend litigation in federal and state courts
- Focus on traditional labor law matters
- Work within the Greater Chicagoland area
Requirements
- Active bar license
- At least seven (7) years of substantial experience with traditional labor law
Qualifications
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- A deep commitment to client service

Pay
The annual base salary range anticipated for this position in Illinois is $160,000-$220,000, depending upon experience. This salary range excludes available bonus opportunities.
