Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing any concerns, inquiries, or requests.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Conduct regular meetings and site visits to ensure clients' needs and expectations are being met.
- Afford internal teams (production manager, designers, field staff, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Perform Landscape Quality Audits regularly and submit feedback to the Production Manager and Branch Director.
- Proactively address any service issues and escalate them as necessary.
- Oversee the successful execution of work orders, ensuring client expectations are met.
- Continuously strive to improve the client experience, offering innovative solutions and personalized service.
- Consistently identify opportunities to enhance the beauty of assigned clients’ properties.
- Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals for assigned clients.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional landscaping services.
- Meet weekly to discuss quality assessments with the Production Manager and Branch Director.
- Meet weekly to discuss proposals generated and opportunities for design assistance.
- Assist in matters related to Billings or Collections, when necessary.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business, horticulture, landscape architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in landscaping, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of landscaping services, landscape design, products, and industry trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Aspire or similar landscape business management software is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including mowing, clean ups, lawn care, lawn renovation, tree and shrub care, plant bed and garden maintenance, plant identification, container gardening, and irrigation systems.
- Must be able to work outdoors as needed in various weather conditions.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) or Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) are a plus.
