Labor & Employment Partner or Sr. Counsel
Michael Best & Friedrich LLP is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Partner or Sr. Counsel to join our Los Angeles office. The candidate must be a senior-level attorney with seven to twenty years of employment litigation and counseling experience. For Partner candidates, a book of at least $500k in portable Labor & Employment business is required. For Sr. Counsel candidates, a portable book is preferred but not required.

Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- Minimum of seven years of labor and employment experience
- Valid authorization to work in the U.S.

Pay
The annual compensation range for this role in our California office is between $300,000 and $450,000. The salary range reflects our good-faith expectation at the time of posting. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and internal equity. Individuals in this role are eligible to participate in Michael Best’s bonus program, subject to its conditions and restrictions.
