A growth-oriented law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Partner with a portable book of business of $500K+ to support expansion in Florida.

• Management-side labor and employment counseling
• Employment litigation
• Wage and hour matters
• Employment policies and compliance
• Restrictive covenants and executive agreements

Responsibilities

• Originate and grow a labor and employment book of business
• Counsel employers on compliance and risk mitigation
• Lead employment litigation and advisory matters
• Cross-sell with corporate and health care practices

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar license
• Partner or Shareholder-level attorney
• Minimum $500K portable book of business
• Strong client-facing and business development skills
