About the role

The Johnson City office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz. P.C. seeks an associate with one to three years of litigation experience, with material employment experience preferred, to join its Labor & Employment Practice Group.

Responsibilities

• Preparing position statements in response to charges before the EEOC
• Drafting policies and handbooks
• Conducting policy trainings
• Handling internal investigations
• Engaging in discovery and motions practice in state and federal court
