ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a labor & employment associate to join its 2nd to 4th year class in their Boston office. Our highly recognized labor, employment & OSHA practice is looking for a smart, self-motivated, labor & employment associate to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in support of major national companies.

Responsibilities

• Strong research skills
• Experience in employment advice & counsel
• Drafting of policies and employment-related agreements
• Litigation, including restrictive covenants, single plaintiff claims, and class actions
• Traditional labor experience is a plus

Requirements

• Strong academic record
• Excellent research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills
• Membership in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar is required

The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $225,000 to a maximum of $275,000 per year.
