ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a labor & employment associate to join its 2nd to 4th year class in their Boston office. Our highly recognized labor, employment & OSHA practice is looking for a smart, self-motivated, labor & employment associate to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in support of major national companies.
Responsibilities
- Strong research skills
- Experience in employment advice & counsel
- Drafting of policies and employment-related agreements
- Litigation, including restrictive covenants, single plaintiff claims, and class actions
- Traditional labor experience is a plus
Requirements
- Strong academic record
- Excellent research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills
- Membership in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar is required
