Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters
• Provide counseling and advice
• Conduct workplace investigations
• Manage traditional labor and wage‑hour issues
• Deliver advice and counsel on employment issues

Requirements

• Oregon bar admission required
• 3‑6 years of Labor & Employment experience preferred (more senior attorneys also considered)
• Experience in litigation, counseling, workplace investigations, traditional labor, wage and hour, or advice and counsel strongly encouraged
• For attorneys with 8+ years of L&E litigation experience, flexibility for fully remote and reduced billable hour arrangements

Pay

Compensation estimate: $200,000‑$260,000

Schedule

• Hybrid work environment with strong flexibility
• Option for remote or largely remote arrangements for experienced attorneys (8+ years L&E litigation)
• Flexible schedules available for greater work‑life integration
