Labor & Employment Associate (3 to 7 years) - Sacramento

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor & Employment Associate with 3 to 7 years of experience for our Sacramento office. You’ll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group.

Day-to-Day

• Work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.
• Experience in areas such as single-plaintiff matters, discrimination and wrongful discharge employment litigation, wage-hour matters, or class and collective actions.
• Take responsibility for routine and increasingly complex matters with minimal supervision.
• Show intellectual curiosity, a willingness to think outside the box, and a knack for finding practical solutions to complex problems.
• Strong academic credentials, analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
