Labor and Birth RN Residency

About the Role

We are seeking both new graduate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a dedicated Labor & Birth team. As a Labor & Birth RN, you will deliver comprehensive obstetrical care, supporting mothers, infants, and families through all stages of childbirth. The role includes developing individualized care plans, monitoring high-risk and laboring patients, recognizing emergencies, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetrical care to mothers, infants, and families during childbirth.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor high-risk and laboring patients.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Advocate for positive outcomes during critical situations.

Requirements

• Current RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Additional certifications such as NRP and ACLS.
• Passion for women's services.
• Strong critical thinking and teamwork skills.
