Label Coordinator

Location: St. Louis, MO

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage label inventory, maintaining accuracy within Luxco’s ERP software database.
• Physically receive and stock labels and capsules promptly.
• Organize inventory for efficient use by production lines and work closely with production management to meet weekly, daily, and hourly requirements.
• Coordinate with the Quality Manager on any defective materials and ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and safety requirements.
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping in the label room and inventory storage areas.
• Print, organize, and prepare weekly production paperwork; complete scrap reports and collaborate with the materials buyer to resolve discrepancies.
• Print labels and coordinate shipment to off‑site warehouses and production locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Stockroom experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and time‑management skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
