Lab Support Technician I (Phlebotomy) - Full Time

Role: The Lab Support Technician I supports laboratory operations by ensuring accurate specimen collection, processing, transport, and reporting. Responsibilities: Collect specimens via skilled phlebotomy, process and refer laboratory samples, support data entry and administrative tasks, maintain HIPAA compliance, deliver excellent customer service, and complete departmental training. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and BLS certification within six months. Preferred qualifications include science coursework and prior lab experience.
